About Greg Pugh
As Software Practice Lead, Greg helps entrepreneurs evaluate their ideas through market validation. He is passionate about advising and mentoring founding teams participating in Rev1’s Venture Development Studio programs and working on an executable plan for start-up success. His expertise lies in B2B and B2C software/SaaS. He is dedicated to helping founders build high-growth, innovative technology businesses that drive revenue generation and attract capital investment.
Since 2010, Greg dedicated his career to facilitating the Central Ohio Entrepreneurial Ecosystem, holding roles as Sr. VP of Venture Acceleration at Rev1 Ventures, COO of Juggle, and Executive in Residence with The Ohio State University.
In prior years, Greg was on the founding team of five start-ups with two successful exits (Integrated Mobile and StratoCumulus Tech). He was recognized as Central Ohio’s Entrepreneur of the Year, a two-time E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, and received the American Business Association’s Best New IT Service award.
Greg has a degree in Physics Education from The Ohio State University. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and golfing.
