About Marina Carey
Marina is responsible for fostering positive relationships between Rev1, our portfolio companies and its talent pool.
She works closely with Dionnica Gaston, Managing Director of Talent & Inclusion, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, including Rev1’s Innovation Internship Program communications, recruitment, and engagement processes that place roles within startups.
She manages the Rev1 client talent hiring process to place strategic leaders and support Rev1’s community connectivity through marketing and coordination of community partner programming, social media engagement and event support.
Marina holds a double major in Media & Culture and Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Spanish from Miami University.
In her spare time, she enjoys doing aerial silks. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
