Here’s why this $11.7 million is something to celebrate. Individual angels invest for two reasons. They have an affinity for the concept, and/or they have a strong belief in the founding team.

In my experience, when individuals, especially individual angels weigh in, that’s the strongest indicator that the Central Ohio technology startup ecosystem is building steam.
