Rise of the Rest Announces Columbus Pitch Competitors
We are excited to announce the 8 finalists for the RISE OF THE REST® pitch competition. These companies will get on-stage during the Columbus stop on the RISE OF THE REST® tour to vie for the $100K investment by Steve Case. Eight of the most innovative startup companies in Ohio will be given the opportunity to pitch Steve Case, AOL co-founder, and J.D. Vance, author of Hillbilly Elegy.

Revolution’s RISE OF THE REST® with Steve Case is a nationwide effort to work closely with entrepreneurs in emerging startup ecosystems. This bus tour visits five cities in five days, and Steve Case personally invests a total of $500,000 in local startups. Throughout the day, the Rise of the Rest crew visits the fastest growing local startups, hears directly from innovators, spends time learning from local policy and business leaders, and hosts a big party to celebrate startups with the community.
